Description:
We’re looking for a Junior Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Graduate who’s ready to join a fast-paced, performance-focused construction team. If you're serious about your career, willing to work hard, and hungry to learn from the best, then this is your launchpad. You’ll play a critical supporting role across a range of building and civil engineering projects, including roads, earthworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure services. You'll work closely with Senior Engineers, Project Managers, and site teams to ensure quality execution, technical precision, and delivery on time and to spec.
This role is hands-on, high-impact, and built for ambitious Engineers ready to rise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Design Support:
• Assist with the planning and coordination of civil works — earthworks, roads, stormwater, sewer, concrete structures, and more.
• Review engineering drawings, specs, and documentation for accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure that designs meet project and regulatory standards.
• Site Supervision & Technical Support:
• Support Senior Engineers and Site Managers with day-to-day construction oversight.
• Monitor the progress on site and conduct regular quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Compliance & Contract Support:
• Learn to interpret and apply FIDIC, JBCC, or similar contract standards.
• Help ensure compliance with engineering codes, HSE standards, and legislation.
• Support the documentation of method statements, approvals, and engineering reports.
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with QSs, PMs, consultants, and clients to align on project deliverables.
• Contribute technical input during procurement and subcontractor engagement phases.
• Support the reporting on project progress, risks, and engineering challenges.
