Description:
A leading food manufacturing operation is looking for a Process Technologist to drive factory trials, pre-production, quality compliance, and successful product launches.
What you’ll do:
- Manage factory trials & pre-productions from concept to launch
- Ensure compliance with FSQMS, food safety & quality standards
- Document processes, recipes, specs & artwork sign-off
- Train factory teams on new product lines and floor set-ups
- Support NPD, QA, Operations & continuous improvement initiatives
What success looks like:
- On-time, successful product launches
- Consistent quality, yield optimisation & compliance
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems (FSSC / ISO)
- Excellent communication, organisation & problem-solving skills
