- Netcare The Bay Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit Manager – ICU to lead and coordinate quality nursing care within the Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ethical standards, professional practices, and organisational objectives while driving service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centred nursing care
- Manage financial aspects including cost control, skill mix, correct billing, and stock management
- Oversee governance, quality assurance, and risk management
- Lead and support ICU teams while promoting transformation and people development

- Diploma in General Nursing (NQF 6) or BCur Degree (NQF 7)

- Management qualification (advantageous)
- 4–6 years’ experience in ICU/High Care – Essential
- 2–3 years’ managerial experience in a multidisciplinary environment -Essential
- Intermediate computer literacy
