Internal Sales

Description:

• • Taking and processing orders via telephone, e-mail, and in person
  • Assist clients in our retail store.
  • Cashier function.
  • Process quotes and invoices
  • Consult with clients and advise on appropriate solutions
  • Do live demonstrations in our demonstration rooms.
  • Gather new leads and follow through on them till the sale is completed
  • Retain and grow our existing client base

• Microsoft Office: 4 to 5 years
• Internal Sales: 4 to 5 years

• • Have experience in QuickBooks or a similar accounting program.
  • Have at least 3 years proved internal sales experience
  • Must be fluent in English. A second language will count in your favor.
  • Must have advanced skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Be meticulous and have good time management skills.
  • Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Be energetic and a team player.
  • Be organized

• Have experience in QuickBooks or a similar accounting program.
• Have at least 3 years proved internal sales experience
