Description:
As our Creative Director, your primary responsibilities will include:- Leading the content and creative department to produce innovative and impactful campaigns.
- Overseeing all aspects of content creation, including photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.
- Collaborating closely with performance marketing and account management teams to align creative outputs with brand objectives.
- Conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual assets for web, social media, and paid ads.
- Managing and mentoring a team of designers, editors, and content creators to ensure excellence and consistency.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our creative efforts fresh, relevant, and competitive.Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong technical skills in photography, videography, and editing, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and results-driven thinking.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and align a diverse creative team.
