Introduction:
Our Client a well-established Supplier and Transporter of bricks, pavers and cement in Empangeni is seeking a full-time Internal/Telesales Representative to join their team. As an Internal/Telesales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our clients sales efforts and expanding their client base nationwide. You will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Present product features and benefits Provide sales support and services Presend product performance attributes (aesthetic technical and environmental) Negoitiate pricing to maximise sales revenue and volume Monitor and report new sales leads Report on competitor activity Present the environmental benefits of clay walling and paving to customers Encourage and understanding by customers of product life cycle costing Maximise specifications by professional clients of Corobrik products Develop and maintain sales && Business Contact to enhance a long-tern customer relationshipMinimum Requirements
Basic Computer skills (Microsoft 365) Drivers Licence Excellent communication skills Written and Verbal (Afrikaans and English) Negotiating Skills Resolve/ Diffuse conflict Good Telephone manner
