We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to start at our busy restaurant in stellenbosch town centre
The following is important please look carefully
1. Must have own transport to work and be able to work day or night
2. Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position
3. Must be fluent in english both speaking and writing
4. Must have qualifications certificate that you can show
5. Must be able to do stock taking and training of staff
6. Must have working visa if not South African
7. Must have contactable References that can be followed up as to,previous work
8. You must be able to do costing of food and preferable how to use excel
9. Must be available to start immediately
10. Must be able to run a busy pass
