Description:

This person will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with internal procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer and internal service.

Minimum Requirements:
Proof of Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4) Proof of Relevant administrative or business-related qualification (advantageous) Basic computer literacy (MS Office) Basic ERP or SAP system exposure Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or clerical role, within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, copying, document distribution, and handling telephone calls Compile and distribute minutes of warehouse-related meetings Collect, capture, and maintain warehouse data on the ERP/SAP system Order approved supplies such as stationery, beverages, and small tools Assist staff with administrative queries and follow up on outstanding matters Accurate and accessible information availability Well-maintained document filing systems Accurate and timeous data capture Minimal errors and administrative comebacks Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures Identify and report risks or areas of concern within the operating environment Promote compliance with relevant legislation and internal regulations Support efforts to prevent fruitless, wasteful, and irregular expenditure Compliance with internal procedures and regulations Risks reported timeously to management Effective cost monitoring and waste reduction Assist internal employees and maintain effective working relationships Identify and resolve operational issues within scope of responsibility Support cross-functional teams when required Internal customer satisfaction Reduced discrepancies and operational comebacks Assist in controlling costs by minimizing damage, loss, or waste Report incidents or irregularities to the Line Manager Reduced losses and waste Accurate and timely incident reporting Behavioural Competencies
