Minimum Requirements:Fully qualified automotive technician (light vehicle) Proven experience in a franchise dealership environment preferred Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills across a range of modern vehicles Ability to work on high-end vehicles with attention to detail and quality standards Valid drivers licence Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Key Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and quality requirements Maintain accurate service records and follow workshop processes Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians where applicable Ensure tools, equipment, and workshop areas are maintained and organised Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high workshop standards Remuneration & Benefits:
