Our client is seeking a highly organised, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to Management to support senior management. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with travel arrangements, accommodation, diary management, and selected family-related administration, including support with children’s travel, schedules, and homework coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Providing personal and administrative support to three managers Managing diaries, schedules, and appointments Coordinating local and international travel arrangements and accommodation Assisting with children’s travel arrangements, schedules, and related administration Supporting with homework coordination and general family administration Managing confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion Liaising with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities Assisting with ad-hoc personal and business-related tasks as requiredMinimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) 1–2 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Administrative, or similar role Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Degree or qualification in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous) Proven ability to support multiple managers/directors Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask eff
