Minimum 25 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers) Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures Experience dealing with Deeds Office and bank instructions Excellent typing, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Proficient in MS Word and legal conveyancing systems Whats on Offer
