Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for luxury travel and Africa? This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue across international markets within a dynamic, multi-channel travel business.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive revenue growth across bed nights and DMC sales
Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets
Represent the brand at major international trade shows and sales events
Develop, present, and follow through on compelling sales proposals
Build and manage strong relationships with key global clients and suppliers
Lead, mentor, and support Market Sales Teams to enhance performance
Identify new sales leads and penetrate target markets
Ensure brand integrity, client satisfaction, and alignment with company values
Manage expenses and contribute to profitability and sustainable growth
Uphold health, safety, and workplace compliance standards
?? EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Luxury tourism and Africa DMC sales experience ESSENTIAL
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of global travel markets and customer dynamics
Extensive experience in supplier relationship management
Exposure to digital and e-commerce sales practices is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively within a global team
Willingness to travel internationally
?? QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years experience in a luxury inbound travel environment
At least 2 years proven Sales Management experience
Relevant Degree or Diploma advantageous
