Qualifications- National Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (advantageous).
- Trade Test (Electrician, Plumber, Fitter, Millwright)
- Health C Safety Certification (e.g., SAMTRAC, NOSA) is an Experience
- 35+ years experience in maintenance management or technical supervisory
- Experience in hotel/lodge, manufacturing, commercial property, or hospitality maintenance is highly
- Proven experience managing a team and handling contractor Skills s Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC).
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic
