What youll be doingAct as Management rep for the company's QMS
Raise and receive non conformances and preventative action reports
Investigate causes of non conformance and complaints
Coordinate programming and execution of all internal quality audits
Ensure training records are kept
Train all personnel on quality related issues
Approve new procedures or work instructions
Ensure maintenance of effective system
Compile monthly quality report
Ensure minutes of review meetings and records are maintained
Supervision of test work carried out in laboratory
Review quality control test results
Oversee monitoring of stability of SANS 1828 and 1853 products
Report results for chemical analysis
Check and sign off raw material certificates
Draw up microbiological schedule
Control stock of laboratory chemicals
Control stock of laboratory chemicals
What youll need
Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Minimum 5 years experience in chemical manufacturing sector and ISO 9001 management experience
