Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee all operations at our Parow branch. The role focuses on strategic leadership, operational performance, and commercial success while ensuring excellent customer service and team development. Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff across sales, service, and administration.
- Drive sales growth, business development, and client relationships.
- Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
- Provide reporting and insights to support business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10–15 years’ management experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales or service.
- Proven leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and team development capabilities.
- Technical knowledge of industrial equipment is an advantage.
