Join a manufacturing team as a Continuous Improvement Plant Lead in the Western Cape!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for strategically leading improvement initiatives and plant-based improvement activities. Your expertise in championing Lean Principles will be essential to designing and managing the change management process. Familiarity with Kaizen and Six Sigma is also advantageous.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering (Industrial), Supply Chain, or Business. You’ll need at least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of transformation and project management, and knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
