Key responsibilities:- Lead the development of the ICT Target Operating Model (TOM), including defining roles, responsibilities, and operating principles.
- Guide, and quality-check all project deliverables to ensure consistency, relevance, and strategic alignment
- Align ICT governance to prescribed framework, COBIT, and King IV
- Monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Manage documentation, version control, and status reporting as a project manager.
