Job Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Hyundai Richards Bay
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets
- Manage and lead sales team members to drive performance and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to sales team members
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
