We are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Business Partner (Sourcing) to join our team. This role partners closely with the business to attract, pipeline, and source high-quality talent across multiple functions.The successful candidate will play a strategic role in proactive talent acquisition through market mapping, stakeholder engagement, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This position is critical in ensuring the organization has the right talent to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Develop, manage, and maintain talent pipelines for critical, scarce-skill, and high-volume roles.
Conduct proactive market research and talent mapping to identify and engage potential candidates.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
Build and sustain strong relationships with passive candidates to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
Recruitment Execution
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates in line with role criteria and business needs.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process when required, including interview scheduling, assessments, and coordination.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, data accuracy, compliance, and reporting standards.
Business Partnering
Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, challenges, and future talent needs.
Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor activity, and availability of skills.
Advise hiring managers on sourcing approaches, timelines, and potential recruitment risks.
Candidate Experience
Deliver a professional, timely, and empathetic candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
Act as an ambassador for the employer brand through consistent and positive candidate engagement.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Data, Reporting & Systems
Track and manage sourcing metrics, including pipeline health, turnaround times, and conversion ratios.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data using HR systems and recruitment tools.
Provide weekly and monthly sourcing reports to HR and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
Key RequirementsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
5–7 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Proven experience sourcing across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Demonstrated experience with ATS platforms, bulk recruitment, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
