Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic TSS oversee our clients in the Rustenburg area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the area under the guidance of the Regional Manager Gauteng (RM), in alignment with the company goals.

  • Develop and implement effective sales with the RM strategies tailored to the region.
  • Analyse regional market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor sales for the region as a whole
  • Have a min. of 5 years’ sales experience with our clients Anglo (Valterra), Implats. and other clients in the Rustenburg area. A strong relationship on the plants listed with specific knowledge of the mining system and procurement processes in the area.
  • Able to review client flow related applications or problems and offer long term TCO related solutions.
  • Have very good computer experience using MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have proven experience in handling sales calls, technical back up, demonstrations & client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for the RM.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences within the region
  • Must reside in the Rustenburg area, 30-50kms from the clients.

  • Technical Sales: 5 to 6 years
  • An advantage to have completed a recognised mechanical or Instrumentation apprenticeship or have extensive experience in flow related equipment / instrumentation. Technical qualification (N6 or N Diploma - Mechanical Engineering Technician will be advantageous).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a TSS
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
  • Experience in the valve industry will be beneficial
  • Minimum Matric (Grade 12) with Maths/Science
