Description:
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer requirements, and legal regulations.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for sales team members.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management.Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of new vehicle sales processes, financing options, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
- Valid drivers license.
