Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage factory engineering projects, contractors, and site work Oversee factory maintenance and construction programs for optimal plant uptime Ensure legal compliance with the OSH Act and regulations Manage factory assets and assist with budgets Ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality of plant and processes Supervise subordinates and teams for effective performance Comply with ISO and Quality Management Systems requirementsMinimum Requirements:
Mechanical or electrical engineering graduate with 2+ years' post-graduate practical experience Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) factories 5 years' practical experience in an industrial plant with > 3000kW capacity 3 years' experience leading a maintenance team 3 years' CAD experience Proficient in English communication
