Description:
Job Description:Capture, maintain, and report logistics and supply chain data using Excel.
Conduct regular logistics audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Work closely with the warehouse team to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Generate accurate stock, transport, and financial reports for management review.
Perform administrative tasks including reconciliations, data entry, and documentation.
Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations as required.
Skills & Experience:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an FMCG or logistics environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables; Power BI advantageous
Strong numerical and mathematical skills for data analysis and calculations
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in supply or demand
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of FMCG supply chain principles and best practices advantageous
Qualification:
Matric / High School qualification essential
Relevant supply chain, logistics, or administrative qualification advantageous
