Junior Administrator
Overall, Purpose of the Role
The Junior Administrator is an entry-level administrative role responsible for providing day-to-day clerical and operational support to the business. The position ensures effective administration, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination of routine office activities to support management and operational teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Capture, maintain, and update accurate administrative records, including purchase orders, customer data, and sales information
· Assist with receiving, tracking, and processing orders as required
· Provide administrative support to managers, including populating reports and spreadsheets
· Prepare, type, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents
· Schedule meetings, prepare meeting packs, and take accurate minutes when required
· Maintain structured and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and manual)
· Manage office consumables, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders timeously
· Handle general administrative queries and provide basic customer support where required
· Perform photocopying, printing, scanning, and document distribution
· Support planning and coordination activities as directed
· Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
· Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
· Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Basic minute-taking experience
· Data capturing and administrative exposure (advantageous)
