- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Experience with tendering, BOQs, and project cost control
- Proficient in estimating software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Valid drivers license plus own reliable vehicle
