Role Overview
This is a very junior role, perfect for someone at the start of their career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. You’ll be mentored and supported every step of the way as you learn the full recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Support senior consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
Write and post engaging job adverts
Search, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases
Learn how to build relationships with both clients and candidates
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Requirements
Matric (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field advantageous but not required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn, proactive, and open to feedback
Confident, professional, and people-oriented
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer literate (MS Office, LinkedIn, etc.)
