My client based in Spartan is seeking an Estimator to join their team. Minimum requirements:- Matric
- Preparing Estimates and Quotes
- Receiving Enquiries
- Costing updates
- Assisting accounts with import courier queries
- Following up with shipments from Germany
- Requesting quotes from Germany
- Requesting quotes from China
- Assist estimating with quotes when needed.
- Reading through the contract and highlighting possible problems with a project
- Assisting the Financial Manager with import queries
- Creating orders for spares
- Creating receipting packs for all Imports received
- Tracking of Imports
- Creating shipping Schedules for internal management to keep them up to date on shipment tracking
- Submitting claims to Germany for damaged items or items not received.
- Maintenance of the inventory system, by identifying duplicate stock codes and update photos on system
