Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 basic + commission on new business

The Role We’re looking for a confident, professional, and bubbly Tele-Sales Representative with strong English and Afrikaans communication skills.
You’ll connect with business decision-makers, introduce our logistics solutions, and book quality appointments for our Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects in logistics, warehousing, and retail supply chain sectors.
Build strong relationships and set qualified appointments for senior-level presentations.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting through our CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven tele-sales or call-centre experience (B2B preferred).
Confident, articulate phone manner in English and Afrikaans.
Energetic, target-driven, and professional approach.
Exposure to logistics or retail industries will be an advantage.
Matric
1–3 years' experience in tele-sales, call-centre, or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
