RequirementsMatric and relevant IT qualification 5+ years hands-on experience in front-end development. 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite). Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Understanding of Git workflows and version control. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Architect and implement reusable components and front-end libraries. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Demonstrate strong initiative as a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
