Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, as well as a completed degree in a relevant field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Assist with job posting and advertisement
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications
- Schedule and coordinate new hire orientations
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR records and database
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
