Description:
A dynamic industrial company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Trader with a strong background in fasteners, engineering, or industrial supply. The successful candidate will provide efficient sales support, maintain customer relationships, and assist in order processing within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer calls and emails, providing accurate quotations and product information.

Assist customers in selecting suitable fasteners based on application, material, grade, and standards.

Follow up on quotations to convert them into sales orders.
-
Capture and process customer orders accurately, confirming pricing and stock availability.
-
Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain updated customer records, price lists, and backorder follow-ups.
-
Develop product knowledge and recommend alternatives when stock is unavailable.

Collaborate with sales team and management to achieve targets.
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) required.
-
Minimum 2–3 years of internal sales experience in fasteners, engineering, or industrial supply.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Computer literacy (ERP systems, MS Office & Outlook 365).
-
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize urgent orders.
