Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Family Office support role (At least 5 years experience)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong "can-do" attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
- Experience working both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Excellent time-management and planning skills
- Experience in event coordination and travel logistics
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and personal support to the principals and their families
- Manage complex diaries, travel, meetings, and events across domestic and international locations
- Liaise with family office, property, and service teams to support property and household operations
- Handle correspondence, post, packages, and general office administration
- Support lifestyle and personal requests with professionalism and discretion
- Build strong working relationships across the family office and external stakeholders
- Perform additional administrative and personal tasks as required, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and service
