Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and help customers make purchasing decisions
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver great service
Requirements:
- Matric /Grade 12
- South African ID
- No criminal record
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- No previous retail experience required
