Description:
Motus Aftermarket Parts is searching for a D365 Support Engineer to join the IT Applications team at Meadowview head office. The IT Applications Support function ensures the stability, efficiency, and optimal performance of business-critical ERP applications across Motus Aftermarket Parts. This role provides timely technical support, troubleshooting system, and user assistance, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve application issues and implement enhancements. Through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement, the function supports operational excellence, enables informed decision-making, and contributes to MAP’s digital transformation and business objectives.
Requirements:
Education
- A degree in IT, Business, or similar.
- MS D365 Fundamental Certification.
- MS D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Certification.
- MS D365 Core Finance and Operations Certification.
- MS D365 for Retail Certification.
Experience – Minimum 2 Years Required
- Hands-on D365 Finance and Operations system administration across multiple modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Purchasing, Sales, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse, Financial Reporting, Data Management, and System Administration (Workflow/Security Configuration).
- Proven ability to create requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and ERP business processes.
- Experience with new implementations, upgrades, migrations, super user training, and pre- and post-go-live support activities.
- Strong technical or functional knowledge in integrations, proactive Azure issue monitoring, Dynamics LCS monitoring, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration Support
- Provide administrative and functional support for D365F&O across all modules.
- Perform system monitoring, configuration updates, and error management.
- Manage security roles, workflows, and conduct UAT/regression testing.
- Support and troubleshoot third-party integrated applications.
Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into system configurations.
- Train super users and support existing users with system functionality.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare user documentation, training materials, and functional requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
