Store Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 08:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Minimum Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A keen eye for fashion trends and customer preferences
Experience with stock control and visual merchandising is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the store
Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Handle stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Prepare reports, manage budgets, and monitor store performance
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Location: Access Park Retail Centre, Kenilworth
