What Were Looking For
A valid South African ID or work permit Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification Formal culinary qualification or certificate (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) 1 to 2 years experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen Strong technical knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation Thorough understanding of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP principles Excellent time management and organisational skills A strong team ethic and willingness to learn and grow Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysWhat Youll Do
