- Prepare, mix, sheet, proof, and bake large quantities of dough and pastries daily.
- Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment (mixers, sheeters, ovens, etc.).
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. (HAACP knowledge)
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and schedules.
- Support continuous improvement of production processes.Requirements:
