We are seeking an experienced baker with proven skills in bulk pastry and croissant production. This role involves working in a high-volume factory environment using commercial baking equipment. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing large production runs while maintaining quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, mix, sheet, proof, and bake large quantities of dough and pastries daily.
  • Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment (mixers, sheeters, ovens, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. (HAACP knowledge)
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement of production processes.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or industrial bakery environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in bulk or mass production of pastries and croissants.
  • Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques.
  • Ability to work early shifts and perform under pressure.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
