We are seeking an experienced Back of House Manager to oversee all operational and support services behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth running of hotel operations while upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.Critical Criteria (Requirements)
Minimum 5 yearsâ?? experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hotel operations, engineering, or facilities management Proven experience managing back-of-house departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, engineering, and support services Strong knowledge of hotel operational systems, workflows, and health & safety compliance Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining operational excellence Hospitality qualification or diploma advantageous South African citizen with a valid ID Key Competencies ð??¹ Operational Leadership â??
