You will play a key role from concept through to production, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement across the development process.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of electronic and embedded engineers
- Own electronic system architecture and detailed circuit design
- Drive product development from requirements to production release
- Review schematics, PCB layouts, and design documentation
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams
- Manage technical risks, design trade-offs, and root-cause analysis
- Support prototype build, validation, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to the technical strategy and technology roadmap
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- 8+ years experience in electronic design and development
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Strong analogue and digital circuit design skills
- Experience with PCB design tools and design reviews
- Knowledge of EMC, safety, and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
