Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline. Lead sales and customer engagement activities. Monitor commercial metrics such as pricing, margins, and basket-building. Represent the company professionally in client interactions.
Requirements:
Degree in Business/ Marketing, or related field. 57 years relevant B2B sales experience in foodservice/ FMCG. Strong pipeline management and customer retention skills. Experience leading sales or customer engagement teams. Solid commercial understanding and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
