We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling parts to customers, providing them with excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts.
2. Increase sales by actively promoting parts and accessories to customers.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of parts for customers.
5. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling parts.
6. Keep updated on industry developments and trends to provide customers with accurate information.
7. Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts sales.
2. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
5. Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software.
7. Valid driver's license.
8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
