We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to manage on-site network and ISP support, perform precise Copper & Fibre installations, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:- Resolve daily on-site support tickets within SLA timeframes
- Conduct site surveys and provide detailed technical reports
- Perform new installations neatly and professionally
- Maintain client relations and provide basic training after installations
- Manage stock, travel claims, and reporting accurately
- Proven experience in Telecommunications or IT
- Own reliable, insured transport and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Self-motivated, honest, and adaptable
