Apply now to join our team as the Manager: Fleet based at Jet Park.Position Overview: The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the de-fleet operations of our fleet department, including managing the drivers, coordinating with Europcar, Regional and Branch Managers and dealers, coordinating vehicle movements to and from Recon Centers and car carriers.
Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which at least 2 - 3 years managerial experience
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12
Minimum Requirements:
- Code 8 driver’s license
- MS Office with intermediate level Excel skills as minimum
Job Outputs:
- Ensure de-fleets are done timeously
- Manage and mentor stockyard staff and drivers
- Build and maintain relationships with de-fleet service providers
- Collaborate with Recon Managers to ensure seamless coordination of vehicles to and from Recon Centres
- Ensure daily maintenance, inspections and analysis on all vehicles, trucks, and yard
- Daily monitoring of drivers for all trips between stockyard and Recon Centres
