Sales CoordinatorRandburg, GautengR 15 000 - R 20 000Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team. Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and Accpac

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales performance against set targets and objectives
  • Process sales orders accurately and within required timeframes
  • Schedule and manage service delivery dates on FSA systems
  • Coordinate sales representatives’ schedules and daily activities
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support
  • Manage customer contacts, records, and filing systems
  • Assist in organizing promotional workshops and sales events
  • Maintain a strong level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • Ensure customers meet financial obligations for stock delivered
  • Exhibit the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations
  • Be open to solving complex problems
  • Willing to work overtime and be available after hours and on weekends to manage unforeseen circumstances

Requirements:
