- Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and Accpac
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales performance against set targets and objectives
- Process sales orders accurately and within required timeframes
- Schedule and manage service delivery dates on FSA systems
- Coordinate sales representatives’ schedules and daily activities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support
- Manage customer contacts, records, and filing systems
- Assist in organizing promotional workshops and sales events
- Maintain a strong level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- Ensure customers meet financial obligations for stock delivered
- Exhibit the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations
- Be open to solving complex problems
- Willing to work overtime and be available after hours and on weekends to manage unforeseen circumstances
