Virtual at Nonku is growing. We’re recruiting motivated, commission-based agents to promote our virtual assistant, tender, project management and bookkeeping services. Leads are provided to each agent — you’ll focus on converting those leads and earning commission for every successful client onboarding.
What you’ll do
• Promote Virtual at Nonku services to assigned leads and new prospects.
• Qualify leads, book discovery calls, and manage follow-up until client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update our CRM.
• Hit weekly/monthly conversion targets and report progress.

Requirements
• Proven sales, business development, or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional written English.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
• Basic CRM familiarity and ability to track leads.
• Reliable phone/WhatsApp, internet access and a professional approach.
