Arranging for the actual shipping

Incoming shipments _HFB, LFD etc. – paperwork
Shipping queries
All aspects of PA duties for Sales director
Compiling Data books
Compiling of Packing Lists and Labels
Managing of client Portals
Updating PDM
Setting up of documents and manuals
Dealing with international clients
Managing orders and projects
Job cards
Invoices
Packing list
Export instructions
Shipping tags
Following up with the production department on the readiness status of current open jobs – Ensure completion by required deadlines
Processing any updates / amendments to all export documentation
Liaising with clients and shipping agents regarding queries, order completion and shipping arrangements
Maintaining and filing all export documents
Requirements:
Qualification and Competency Requirements (These are Non-Negotiable)Secretarial Experience
Computer literate
Minimum 5 years’ experience in imports/exports administration and finance
Excel / Word Proficient
Pastel / Sage experience
Supply chain experience
Export / Import experience
Project Management
