Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting with completed articles and minimum 5 years experience in a similar management role. Additional CA or CIMA qualification, and/or experience within the agricultural or export environment, will be advantageous. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, costing, and financial analysis. Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team, while supporting operational and production departments. High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and sound decision-making skills. Strong understanding of financial legislation and advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential). Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work extended hours when required and travel between business units.
