Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern / Digital Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Manager in the execution of digital marketing strategies and daily marketing operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to social media management, audience targeting, content creation, and marketing administration across multiple luxury hospitality properties.The successful candidate will gain practical experience in international digital marketing campaigns and creative brand development while contributing meaningfully to a growing and dynamic luxury hospitality brand.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update social media profiles across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Assist with audience targeting and campaign setup on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.Support digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.Maintain and optimize property listings on online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.Create and edit visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and assist with promotional campaigns.Provide general marketing assistance and daily administrative support to the Marketing Manager.Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement.Qualifications & Experience
- Recently completed a qualification or course in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and audience targeting, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
- Solid graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Photography skills will be advantageous but are not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
