Our South African division is currently recruiting Contact Centre Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a great listener, demonstrate a keen attention to detail, and be driven by targets.
We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to achieving excellence in team performance and fostering overall team wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Recover and manage outstanding debts while maintaining accurate records.
- Negotiate payment plans and locate clients through various sources.
- Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Use spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively and uphold Unifi’s values.
- Meet performance goals and deadlines while following company policies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa (would be an advantage).
- At least 1-years' experience as a call center agent.
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
