Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Business Support Systems (BSS) to design and guide the implementation of scalable, integrated telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical architecture skills and a thorough understanding of BSS domains such as billing, CRM, mediation, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end BSS solutions aligned with business objectives and technical strategy. Translate business requirements into high-level solution architectures and technical specifications. Ensure integration and interoperability across BSS and OSS platforms. Provide architecture leadership during the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners. Evaluate and recommend BSS platforms, technologies, and tools (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson). Ensure solutions are compliant with security, scalability, and regulatory standards.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred). 58+ years of experience in solution architecture within the telecom sector. Strong hands-on experience with BSS systems including CRM, billing, product catalog, and order management. Proficient in designing service-oriented architectures (SOA), APIs, and integration patterns. Familiarity with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks. Experience with cloud-based BSS architectures is an advantage (AWS, Azure, OCI). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
